The Binder brake Module Line includes spring pressure single-disc brake modules for direct current which can be mounted as additional modules to a fully assembled motor – preferably to end shield A. Therefore, the Binder Module Brake Line has an own bearing-mounted output shaft. The line is designed as a holding brake with emergency stop function.
Binder electromagnetic spring pressure brakes build up the braking torque when the current is switched off. By means of the electromagnetic force or an additionally attached hand lifting the braking force can be neutralized during installation works.
